It is the longest continuously running AA convention and features\n    nationally known circuit speakers from around the country each year.\n   \n\n    MMAAC also hosts speakers\, fellowship\, and fun throughout the year leading\n    up to its annual convention. Monthly Cleaning Party\n\nSchedule a monthly deep-cleaning party.\nOrganize materials into three separate sections: AA\, WCAC\, and Community.\nConsider supplying pizza or another incentive to help recruit volunteers.\n\n2. Potential Club Liaison Position\n\nLeave the position open for now while its responsibilities are developed.\nThe liaison could help organize meetings and meeting contacts.\nThe liaison could communicate club information to each meeting.\n\n3. Starting and Chairing Meetings\n\nDiscuss the qualifications and criteria for starting a meeting at the club.\nMelanie will prepare a rough draft of the proposed criteria and bring it to the membership meeting.\nExplore offering a seminar on how to chair a meeting.\nJamie\, Brandi\, and Lisa may collaborate on developing the seminar.\nPete will explore the mental health community’s interest in a possible once-a-month meeting.\n\n4. Maintenance and Club Improvements\n\nAir-conditioner service update following the scheduled July 14 service.\nDiscuss service work needed to complete club improvements. Kelley has a list.\nThe driveway is being sealed through a donation from Pete. Thank you\, Pete!\nDiscuss whether club members may continue parking at the neighboring law offices after they move.\nDiscuss whether lawn service may be needed.\n\n5. Events\n\nBingo Night begins in September and will be held on the last Friday of each month.\nKelley has the bingo sheets\, and candy is being considered for prizes.\nLisa will cover the event.\nBrandi will provide an update on other activities and is looking for committee members and support.\n\n6. NA Meetings\n\nDecisions about how the club will support NA meetings moving forward are being tabled for further discussion.\nNA is looking for pamphlets\, key tags\, and possibly medallions.\n\n7.
