DESCRIPTION:Discussion Items\n\nBy-Laws change will be voted on at May 17th\, 2026 membership meeting to possibly change scheduled membership meetings from:\n\nARTICLE X – MEETINGS\nSection 10.02\nThe membership of Walworth County Alano Clubs\, Inc.\, will meet quarterly on the third Sunday of February\, May\, August and November as decided by the Directors\, to assess the business conducted by the Board. Other appropriate business shall also be presented for discussion and action.
