ARTICLE X – MEETINGS
Section 10.02
The membership of Walworth County Alano Clubs, Inc., will meet quarterly on the third Sunday of February, May, August and November as decided by the Directors, to assess the business conducted by the Board. Other appropriate business shall also be presented for discussion and action. Written notice of the quarterly meetings shall be posted in the club at least ten (10) days in advance.
